Road Repairs Scheduled in Willow Creek Neighborhood

Willow Creek Road Work Begins July 14


Hays County Courthouse, San Marcos, TX – The Hays County Transportation Department will begin major repairs to roads in the Willow Creek neighborhood south of San Marcos on July 14. The work is expected to last approximately nine weeks and will include repairs to roads throughout the neighborhood as well as the entire reconstruction of several.

No roads or driveways will be closed, but motorists should expect minor delays, dust and possibly muddy conditions. All affected roads will be topped temporarily with a chip-seal surface, followed by permanent hot mix within three months.

Streets planned for total reconstruction, which includes removal of all pavement, addition of base material, minor widening as necessary and repaving include

-All of Cedar Park and Corrie Court

-Rolling Oaks Drive from Corrie Court to near 2814 Rolling Oaks Drive, and

-Willow Creek Circle from 623 Willow Creek Circle to 703 Willow Creek Circle.
