• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in computer science or a computer related field plus one year of data processing experience including experience in computer operations and peripheral equipment; or
• graduation from high school plus three years of experience in the operation of computers and peripheral equipment;
• or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
