Hays County will be accepting sealed proposals for RFP #2010-P07 HVAC Rooftop Units Replacement for the Hays County Law Enforcement Center. Sealed proposals are due Friday, September 24, 2010 no later than 2:00 p.m. to the Purhcasing Office located at 111 E. San Antonio Street, Suite 101, San Marcos, Texas 78666.

Hays County is soliciting proposals for selection of a contractor to replace the rooftop HVAC units at the Hays County Law Enforcement Center located at 1307 Uhland Road, San Marcos, Texas 78666, in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in the RFP.

There will be a mandatory pre-proposal conference on Friday, September 10, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the Hays County Law Enforcement Center, 1307 Uhland Road, San Marcos, Texas 78666.

Hays County is requesting qualifications from firms for preparing a new/revised Parks and Open Space Master Plan. The selected firm will work closely and be required to meet with the Hays County Commissioners Court and Parks and Open Space Advisory Board and solicit public input from Hays County residents in development of the plan. The plan will meet requirements of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, Recreation Grants Program for Master Plan content, as well as address those items as specified in the RFQ, and cover a ten (10) year planning period.

Proposals must be received before 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 23, 2010. Hays County is not responsible for lateness of mail, carrier, etc. and time/date stamp clock in the purchasing office shall be the official time of receipt. Hays County does not accept fax bids. Bids received in the purchasing office after submission deadline shall be returned unopened and will be considered void and unaccepted.
